A fintech startup built for developers needed everything — from a name to a full brand ecosystem. My team and I created it all, tested it in market, and delivered a clear winner that drove real results from day one.


Project
Akce Group, a technology holding company with five fintech companies already in their portfolio, was launching yet another B2B startup — this time with a sharp focus on fintech for developers. They needed everything built from scratch: a name, logo, website, pitch decks, campaigns, videos, and more. They came to us with a vision. We gave them a brand.
The process began at the top — I developed a comprehensive brand planning deck and competitive analysis, presented directly to the CEO, that set the strategic direction for everything that followed. From there, my team and I developed three fully flushed-out brand concepts, each complete with a name, logo, product design, and website. What made these concepts stand out was their energy — each one was brought to life with dynamic animations specifically designed to resonate with a developer audience. The client was immediately captivated.
Rather than simply picking a favorite, we took it a step further — two of the strongest concepts were tested in market through rigorous A/B testing. The data spoke clearly. The winning name? Codespace. Bold, memorable, and perfectly positioned for the developer community it was built to serve.
With the brand direction confirmed, we moved fast — building out the full ecosystem including logo, presentation templates, social media, campaigns, videos, and more. The result was a brand that didn't just look the part — it performed.
Process
This project was built on a foundation of strategy, systems, and smart execution. Before a single pixel was designed, I led a thorough discovery and brand planning phase — conducting a deep competitive analysis and developing a strategic framework that aligned the creative direction to Akce Group's broader business goals.
From there, I managed a multidisciplinary creative team through a structured, phased process — moving from concept development through market testing to full brand build with precision and speed. We developed a robust design system and UI toolkit that ensured consistency and scalability across every touchpoint, and built the entire CMS in Webflow — creating a flexible, growth-ready infrastructure that empowers the client's internal teams to move independently and confidently long after launch.
Workflows were established from the ground up to support rapid, parallel execution across brand identity, web, campaigns, and content — keeping every workstream connected and aligned to the same strategic vision. AI tools were integrated throughout to enhance ideation, accelerate production, and optimize campaign performance. As a cross-functional leader, I maintained close alignment with the CEO and key stakeholders at every stage, ensuring creative decisions were always rooted in business strategy.
The A/B testing phase was a particular point of pride — bringing a data-driven rigor to a creative process that too often skips it entirely.
