I have worked with Elisa at three separate jobs over the last decade, directly reporting to her in the last two. Elisa served as senior art director for Loyola at a critical time. I was hired to head a new marketing and communication division for the University and our first charge was to launch the university's first ever brand campaign. Elisa was instrumental in developing brand standards, templates and an advertising campaign that was critically acclaimed by media critics and held up as a case study of high education successful brand building. Without Elisa's creativity, speed, and team skills, we would have had to hire an outside agency. Instead all work was done in house with Elisa being a one-woman "creative director" at the beginning.
