A global fintech company with six portfolio brands needed one cohesive creative vision. We built it — delivering a bold rebrand, a world-class website, and a full creative ecosystem that drove measurable growth across every market they touched.


Project
Clearsettle, a fast-growing global payment gateway in the fintech space, brought me in to lead a creative team tasked with elevating their brand, digital presence, and campaign performance. The challenge was significant — not only did the core Clearsettle brand need a complete overhaul, but six portfolio companies needed to be rebranded as well, all under a unified creative vision.
We started where every great brand starts — with strategy. A thorough competitive audit gave us the intelligence we needed to identify white space and define a clear point of differentiation. The new logo emerged from a focused concepting process, with one clear and decisive winner that instantly elevated the brand's credibility and presence.
With the foundation locked in, we designed and launched a robust global website — one built to resonate across every market Clearsettle serves. Dramatic aerial photography of destinations from around the world gave the site a distinctly global feel, nodding powerfully to the company's worldwide reach. Every visual choice was intentional, every interaction purposeful.
Running in parallel, we built out the full brand ecosystem at speed — product design, collateral, experiential, campaigns, videos, and more. The foundation we had built made rapid execution not just possible, but seamless.

Process
Leading a global creative team across a project of this scale required both strategic clarity and operational discipline. I managed a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI designers, developers, and content strategists — coordinating across time zones and workstreams to keep every initiative aligned and on schedule.
The process began with deep discovery — a rigorous competitive audit and market analysis that informed every creative decision that followed. From there, we developed a comprehensive UI/UX toolkit and design system that served as the backbone of the entire brand build. These foundational tools ensured consistency across all six portfolio company rebrands while giving the team the agility to move fast without losing cohesion or quality.
AI tools and data-driven methodologies were integrated throughout the creative process — optimizing outputs, accelerating production cycles, and ensuring every campaign and digital initiative was informed by real performance intelligence.
